Quote requests and production

Our workflow is AI-assisted and human-reviewed. Submit a brief or a quote request; final scope, schedule and price are agreed in writing before work begins. A quote request is not free production. No payment is collected for quote-only requests.

A request does not reserve production time or create a commitment to deliver until the scope and price are approved in writing. Any deposit, payment schedule, delivery date, revision limits, cancellation terms and applicable taxes will be set out in that agreement. Contact us before placing an order if your requirements differ from the displayed starting scope.

Assets, claims and approvals

You must own or have appropriate rights and permissions for the logos, footage, music, photographs, trademarks and likenesses you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy and approval of product claims, offer prices, dates, availability and required disclosures. We may ask for clarification or decline material we cannot responsibly use.

AI-assisted work and deliverables

AI tools assist concept development, drafting and production, with human review. AI-generated elements may require correction and are not a guarantee of unique or exclusively protectable material. Final delivery formats, usage permissions and any third-party license restrictions will be described in the approved scope.

What is not included

Ad placement, advertising spend, platform fees, live filming, talent, extra revisions and third-party licensing are excluded unless expressly included. Bundles are one-time service packages, not recurring subscriptions. We do not guarantee reach, conversions, sales, platform approval or other campaign results.

Questions or changes

Use the contact form for scope changes, issues or cancellation requests. We will review them against the agreed written terms. These service terms do not replace your specific written scope and do not promise rights beyond what can actually be granted.
