Information you send us

Break Being Unknown uses the contact details, business information, service choices and brief you submit to review and respond to your inquiry or quote request. WooCommerce stores the details you enter at checkout and the requested services. A quote request does not collect payment. Do not put card details, passwords, confidential documents or other sensitive information in a brief.

How requests are handled

Contact inquiries are stored privately in WordPress for authorized staff. The website also attempts to send an email notification; saving an inquiry does not guarantee email delivery. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and handle requests. Discuss confidential or restricted project materials with us before sending them or approving their use with AI-assisted production tools.

Cookies and spam prevention

WordPress and WooCommerce use essential login, shopping-cart and session cookies. Contact forms use signed tokens, a hidden spam field and a short-lived salted hash of the network address to limit abuse. Raw network addresses are not included in the private contact-inquiry records, but hosting and security logs may contain them. Submitting this contact form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Retention

Private contact-inquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days, when the website’s scheduled tasks run. Quote and order records, hosting logs, email copies and backups have separate retention. Records may be retained as needed to handle an active request, an agreed project, security issues or applicable obligations.

Accounts and reviews

Customer registration, customer sign-in and new customer reviews are temporarily unavailable while email verification is being configured. Guest quote requests remain available. Published service previews and portfolio media are public; do not supply material for public display unless you have the necessary rights and permissions.

Use the contact form to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Tell us which inquiry or quote you mean, without sending additional sensitive documents. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.
